Key Lime Pie (Better Than Rib Cage)
This is my version of a key lime pie, it is traditional, no tweaks and nothing like zest thrown in! I make it with real eggs, real sugar and real milk -- so expect real calories. I always top with home-made whipped cream. I will put what I use to make it at the bottom, but I have never measured it so I can't help there :( . And I use plain white sugar instead of confectioners sugar (I had never even heard of canfectioners sugar in whipped cream until I joined here!) Also, it is very important to use key-lime juice. I have subbed regular in a pinch but it's not a fresh tasting. -- posted by SarahBeth131

I Love Palak Paneer (Spinach and Cheese Curry)
This luscious spinach and cheese dish comes from Northern India, the home of paneer, a fresh cow-milk cheese similar to ricotta. It's sold near the feta and haloumi in supermarkets, either of these two cheeses can replace paneer here, but the results wont be exactly the same.
When I made this, I did use a soft feta, which melted into the spinach and gave me the most creamy rich curry you can imagine.
I also upped the amount of the garam masala, to give a hotter result, and I sauteed some shrimps in garlic and butter, and served them with the curry, we enjoyed an excellent meal!
The recipe is taken from Australian Womens Weekly, New Curries -- posted by Karen Elizabeth

Crispy Homemade Hash Browns
We LOVE this! It's a great recipe for hash browns that are crispy on both sides. You can peel the potatoes if you wish, I always leave the skin on. Sometimes I add some shredded sharp cheddar cheese and/or some minced garlic towards the end. A good non-stick pan works the best, I coat the pan with cooking spray, then add the butter to make sure that it doesn't stick. It may take up to 10-12 minutes on each side to be sure the potatoes are cooked through, use your judgement. This is adapted from the Food Network. -- posted by Scoutie
